Will my shipment be packaged discretely?
Absolutely, We respect your privacy, all orders are shipped in a completely plain box. Your packaged will not bear any external markings that will give away the nature of your order. The only identifying mark on the package is your shipping information and ours.
Do you send advertisement's or postcards in the mail a few months after my order?
There will be absolutely NO FOLLOW UP POST CARDS OR MAGAZINES. We are an internet based business and do not market that way and will never. This is an ONLINE business and we only market online via Forum, E-mail(if you wish), and search engine.
Can I track my order?
If you selected FedEx as a delivery option, then you can check its status at
Order History page and track your order as it leaves our warehouse facilities and makes its way to your door.
If you selected U.S. Postal Service, we’re sorry but the U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking for this method. You can, however, learn when your order left our warehouse and calculate the transit time leaving from Irvine, CA.
Current Status of my order?
- Pending (New Order) - Order has been created and staff members are awaiting payment before any further action will be taken.
- Processing (See order notes) - Payment has been received, order is being packaged for shipping.
- Order Complete & Shipped - Order has been paid for and shipped. Tracking information may be available.
- Declined (See order notes) - Order has been declined. More information may be available in the order notes.
- Failed Fraud Review - Payment for the order has failed external/internal fraud review.
- Cancelled - Order has been cancelled. Reasons for order cancellation should show in your order notes.
